True Passion Home Care, LLC is incorporated by the Virginia State Corporation Commission as a limited liability company owned and family owned agency. It is a home care agency that is located in Sterling, VA. We are an affordable solution for the elderly throughout the Northern Virginia area – Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, Arlington, the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Occoquan, Manassas, towns of Vienna, and Quantico. True Passion Home Care, LLC here to provide assistance to the elderly who prefer to stay at home where their quality of life is enhanced without the stress and hardships of interrupted routines and changes in daily habits.
The Agency’s service alternatives are designed for people who choose to live independently on their own, but still require non-medical services. These services may include meal preparation, light house-keeping, assistance with running errands, and for medical appointments or reminders. Services may also extend to beyond personal care needs and may include skilled services such as Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and/or Occupational Therapy – all under a physician’s care plan oversight and expertise.
The population base in Northern Virginia is aging, and more individuals are opting to stay in the comfort of their homes longer and will return to their home following a hospital stay rather than proceeding to a nursing home, which use to be the case back in the 70’s, 80’s and even until late ‘90’s. Our primary market is the senior population in the Northern Virginia region where a 16% growth (about 1.4 million people) is expected by 2020 (according to http://www.vda.virginia.gov). By 2030, the growth is expected to reach 19%.
Because True Passion Home Care, LLC specializes in home care and community-based services, our focus on those markets is where we know our services are most needed.
